This natural interest in people has meant that for as long as I can remember the sight of someone feeling small has compelled me to help them. Even as a kid with what I was told was a ‘mature head on my shoulders’ I clearly recall doing what I could to help others feel better about themselves.
I guess this is why stories of the ‘little guy’ suddenly standing tall, or of the ‘underdog’ surprising all the people who doubted her, just sets my soul on fire! Helping as many people as I can to experience this sense of self elevation is what drives me in my work today.
After a career in Events & Marketing I followed what my gut instinct had been telling me for a while and gained my Certification as a Personal Development Coach. This meant I could finally roll up my sleeves up and get to work on applying my passion for people into a career.
Then in 2011 I created Be Dynamic Coaching. Today I’m proud to say we help individuals, workforces and young people to elevate themselves through the power of Confidence and Resilience. There’s still a lot of work to do but we’re steadily creating a wave… Watch this space!
No matter who we are, what we do for a living or what type of coffee we drink, we can all benefit from investing time in cultivating a strong sense of self. Even Coaches like moi need to keep learning about and developing themselves.
In order to get the best out of our lives we have to first understand how to get the best out of ourselves. For me I’ve realised that this means doing three things, consistently.
Firstly, taking time out 5-6 times per week for another of my life’s passions; Fitness. I zealously believe in the Strong Body = Strong Mind philosophy and encourage my clients to do the same.
Secondly, that I spend time with the people I care about. The absolute gems (you know who you are) that make my world go round.
Thirdly, that I live each day with the clear sense of purpose that helping my clients to transform their lives gives me.
So there is a bit about me. If you’d like to connect it’d be great to hear from you. Please get in touch via one of the below or firstname.lastname@example.org.
